Return Policy
Return Window: You must notify us of your intent to return an item by sending an email to admin@arno-sports.com within 2 days of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at admin@arno-sports.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as clearance items, custom orders, and perishable goods are non-returnable. This will be indicated on the product page.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@arno-sports.com within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and provide a replacement or full refund.
